Rental agreement

Important rental terms

• An adult must supervise the inflatable at all times.
• No shoes, food, drinks, gum, face paint, silly string, sharp objects, pets, or rough play are permitted on or near the inflatable.
• No fireworks, fire pits, smoking materials, or open flames may be used near the rental equipment.
• The renter must keep the unit dry unless the rental is specifically approved for wet use.
• Equipment must be shut down and evacuated immediately during high winds, lightning, severe weather, or when instructed by Valle Party Rentals.
• The renter is responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized movement, fireworks, pets, or prohibited items.
• If a unit is damaged beyond repair, the renter may be responsible for its full replacement value of $3,599.
• Deposits are non-refundable and apply toward the rental balance. The remaining balance is due at delivery unless otherwise arranged.
• Valle Party Rentals may cancel or modify a rental when weather or site conditions are unsafe.
